The excitement and anticipation is already building as we open registration for the 2021 Sarasota Holiday Parade, which marks the 25th Anniversary of this beloved community event.
The theme for this year’s parade is SILVER BELLS, which is fitting for a Silver Anniversary of 25 years!
Before registering, please read ALL INFO on our How to Enter the Sarasota Holiday Parade page!
Please pay special attention to the insurance requirements as the correct insurance coverage is mandatory in order to participate. Insurance is required for every entry and must cover vehicles and/or walkers.
Deadlines, as stated on our How to Enter page, are not negotiable. All participants must have a representative at the mandatory meeting currently scheduled for Mon., Nov. 15, location to be determined.

In the interest of our community’s health and safety, the 25th Anniversary of the Sarasota Holiday Parade is postponed to Saturday, December 4, 2021. Although December 2020 is still several months away, parade participants generally start working together to practice walking entries or build float entries starting in August or September.
Past participants will be receiving an email to update their contact information. New participants: Please contact us to be added to the 2021 participant list in order to receive information along the way.
Congratulations to these amazing organizations for their entries in the 24th Annual Sarasota Holiday Parade—we can’t wait to see what they do next year!
And a special thank-you to ALL the participants for helping us kick off the holiday season, Sarasota-style. We’ll see you for the 25th Annual—our SILVER ANNIVERSARY—this time next year!
